  Expensive, limited selection, fairly awful service; not exactly unfriendly... more aimless and disorganized e.g. they don't take expired groceries off the shelf and aren't at the register to ring you up. Cafe can either be decent or unforgivably bad depending on who's working. I reluctantly keep coming here for Gut Shots, which are terrific probiotic that's only stocked at this store afaik. When you go here, read the expiration label!

  The cafe has wonderful food, service, and atmosphere. Great prices and quality! They even have a Paleo option on their menu.(:
  The actual store is wonderful, but slightly understaffed. Don't go if you're in a hurry, but if you want to have a pleasant and relaxed shopping experience it's a great place. They also have an excellent selection of natural vitamins and supplements.

  Plenty of options with clearly listed vegan and vegetarian choices. The cafe inside is great too! My only complaint would be that the produce section could afford to expand a bit.
